Carin Fausett

This world is a harrowing place for young people. Carin Fausett writes so that teens may see their flaws as superpowers. For this purpose she has developed a YA modern fantasy series exploring various social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

Following the death of her mother she published a self help book called The Course of Wisdom. Ms. Fausett has also championed addiction recovery through art and 12 steps. She has spoken on several podcasts and produced two addiction recovery art exhibits. Carin has earned her BFA in fine art from BYU. She has also exhibited and lectured in some of the best museums in Utah.

The Word Addicts of North Sanpete County has become a supportive place to grow her writing. She resides in Fairview Utah where she directs people to turn left before the sheep farm, because her address is not found on gps. Some of her favorite things are yoga and spinning bad puns with her family.
